Social media management is the work of planning, creating and publishing a business's content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other networks, and looking after its community. It includes the calendar, the design of each piece, the copy, publishing and measuring results. It works when there's consistency and a clear visual line — that of your visual identity.

01How much does social media management cost?
It's a fixed monthly fee based on how many networks we manage and how many posts a week. We give you the price after the first call.
02Which networks do you post on?
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and also LinkedIn or Google if your business needs it. We pick the ones your customers use.
03How many posts a week?
It depends on your business and your goals. For a local business it's usually between two and four a week, plus stories.
04Do I have to approve what gets posted?
Yes. Every month we send you the calendar and we don't publish anything without your approval.
05Do you take the photos and videos yourselves?
We can do shoots at your business (in the Barcelona area) or work with your own material. For videos with more production, there is our short-form video service.
06Do you reply to messages?
We reply to comments and pass on the messages that need your answer, such as quote requests or bookings.
07Does it include ads?
No. Social media management is organic content. If you want to reach more people, we combine it with Meta Ads.
08When do the results show?
Social media is about consistency: within two or three months you'll notice a more polished image and more engagement. Every month we show you the progress.
09Are the accounts mine?
Yes. The accounts are yours and you give us access as managers.
10What do I need to provide?
An initial meeting, letting us into your business if we do a photo shoot, approving the calendar each month and telling us your news.
